What we do and do not collect.

Hue Clinical Pvt. Ltd. is committed to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). This site is the public face of a pre-launch medical device company. The notice below applies to hueclinical.com only — the clinical product, when it ships, will carry its own DPDP notice inside the lab workflow.

1. Data controller

Hue Clinical Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, India. For any DPDP-related question or to exercise data principal rights, contact kaustubh@hueclinical.com.

2. What we collect from this site

  • Form submissions (early-access list, contact). Fields: work email, optional note. POSTed to the Mumbai-resident api.hueclinical.com backend. Used only to reply to the inquiry and to record interest in pre-launch access.
  • Cookie consent state. A single localStorage key (hue.consent.v1) records whether you accepted product analytics. Never sent to a server.
  • Product analytics (PostHog, Mumbai). Only after explicit opt-in. Captures pageviews and click events; no PII, no cross-site tracking.

3. What we do not collect

  • No third-party advertising cookies. None.
  • No tracking pixels.
  • No data sales. Ever.
  • No clinical / patient data on this site. (That lives in the clinical product, separately covered.)

4. Where data is processed

Every byte of personal data submitted via this site is processed in AWS Asia Pacific (Mumbai) — ap-south-1. No data leaves India. The site itself is served via Cloudflare Pages' global CDN — only static assets (HTML, CSS, JS, images) are at the edge; no personal data passes through Cloudflare Workers (the static CDN is not a processing location under DPDP).

Residual disclosure (M0-S1): Google Fonts is loaded from fonts.googleapis.com for the Source Serif, Inter, IBM Plex Mono, and Noto family stylesheets used on this site. The browser sends Google your IP address as part of the asset request. We will migrate to self-hosted fonts at M0-S2 to remove this residual.

5. Your rights

Under DPDP §11 + §12 you have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data. Email kaustubh@hueclinical.com and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Updates to this notice

Last updated: 2026-05-17. We will re-version this notice if the data posture changes; the version history is in our public design-control repository.
